What payment methods do you accept?

We take Zelle Pay, Apple Pay, Crypto payments (Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Ethereum, and many more), MoneyGram, Western Union and Bank Wire Transfers.

How long does it take to receive my order?

It depends on the warehouse you are buying from, USA Warehouse ETA is 3-7 days. International and Europe warehouses take from 10 to 31 days.

How do I change my shipping address?

Login to your account, find your order, and if it hasn’t shipped yet when you can edit your shipping address. You can also contact us by opening a ticket and we will change the shipping address for you.

How do I track the status of my order?

You will get an email confirmation that your order is completed, the mail will include the tracking number with the link to the tracking page. Also, you can track your order by viewing your order in your account.

My ordered is cancelled but I’ve sent the payment

In this case, you should provide the Transaction ID (HASH). You can find it in your wallet by viewing the transaction in Block Explorer. It seems there is a difference in price and the system didn’t detect your payment.

I placed my order! When will it be shipped?

All orders are shipped out within 1-7 business days. Please accept our apologies for the shipping delay. Because of restrictions and regulations caused by “Pandemia” it takes longer than usual for the package to be shipped out. But definitely nothing for you to worry about, you’ll receive what you have paid for. Hope on your patience

Please Note: We are shipping from different warehouses around the world. Each warehouse has a separate shipping cost. We would advise you to order from the same warehouse to avoid multiple shipping costs. Do you provide a tracking number?

When we dispatch an order we send you an email with the order’s shipping confirmation including its tracking and the link where to track it.
